La existencia de una ciudad subterr\u00e1nea bajo el barrio Chino ha pervivido a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os. Se tiene la creencia que uno de los motivos por los cuales los chinos comenzaron a hacer construcciones subterr\u00e1neas fue debido al clima tan caluroso que caracteriza a la ciudad.
