Realiza sus estudios de licenciatura y maestr\u00eda en artes visuales en la Escuela Nacional de Artes Pl\u00e1sticas y la Academia de San Carlos respectivamente, ambas pertenecientes a la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico. Ha impartido clases de pintura e historia del arte a nivel licenciatura y bachillerato; cursos de dibujo y pintura mural para la direcci\u00f3n general de empleo y capacitaci\u00f3n del distrito federal y ha sido promotor cultural en la alcald\u00eda Coyoac\u00e1n. Desde hace m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os ha participado en diferentes exposiciones tanto individuales como colectivas dentro de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
