Y mi figura tr\u00e1gica favorita de Bu\u00f1uel, es la novicia Viridiana. El cine del aragon\u00e9s se caracteriza por los temas religiosos, la represi\u00f3n sexual y la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viridiana est\u00e1 a punto de tomar los h\u00e1bitos, cuando su t\u00edo Don Jaime le suplica que lo visite. Durante la visita de Viridiana suceder\u00e1n eventos que le impiden regresar al convento; todo empeora cuando Don Jaime se suicida y el hijo de \u00e9ste llega a la finca. El tema principal de la pel\u00edcula es lo in\u00fatil de la benevolencia obsesiva inculcada por la religi\u00f3n cat\u00f3lica. Este ideal le sale caro a Viridiana. Pero abordar\u00e9 este punto posteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/escafandrauabc.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/11\/1462352570_239174_1462357313_noticia_normal.jpg?w=980\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La represi\u00f3n sexual se encuentra en los personajes de Viridiana y Don Jaime. El \u00faltimo ve a Viridiana como objeto de deseo, al punto que le pide que vista el vestido de boda de su difunta esposa. Viridiana al sentirse culpable de nunca haber visitar al pariente que le pag\u00f3 la educaci\u00f3n, decide ponerse el vestido. Tras beber un somn\u00edfero puesto en un t\u00e9, Don Jaime observa su objeto de deseo y a punto de tener relaciones sexuales con su sobrina, se arrepiente. La alegor\u00eda del deseo sexual y la represi\u00f3n de este por parte de Viridiana se muestra en la escena del establo, cuando al querer orde\u00f1ar una vaca se da a entender que la ubre pasa a tener un significado f\u00e1lico, esto dado su reacci\u00f3n. Por la parte, de Don Jaime, al ser una persona solitaria y al verse frustrado de consumar su deseo sexual, opta por la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La muerte se hace presente de forma literal y simb\u00f3lica. Durante el primer acto se nos muestran algunas tomas de una cuerda (un objeto inocente que usa la hija de la sirvienta), este objeto ser\u00e1 el que use Don Jaime para acabar con su vida. El suicidio desemboca una serie de acontecimientos que culminar\u00e1n con la muerte simb\u00f3lica de Viridiana. La novicia muere para darle paso a la mujer. Tras la muerte de su t\u00edo, queda a cargo de la finca y decide usarla para hospedar a un grupo de mendigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los mendigos crean una galer\u00eda de personajes diversos, un ciego, un leproso, madres solteras, son algunos de ellos. Estos personajes son fundamentales para la muerte simb\u00f3lica de Viridiana. Ella los concibe como almas inocentes y desprotegidas. Su pecado es que olvid\u00f3 que los mendigos, a pesar de carecer bienes materiales, siguen siendo humanos; con lo bueno y lo malo. Cuando regresan a la finca despu\u00e9s de una visita al doctor, sorprenden a los mendigos que usaron la finca como escenario de sus vicios. Varios de los mendigos huyen al ser descubiertos y mostrar una faceta que era desconocida para Viridiana. Uno de ellos intenta violar a Viridiana, pero es salvada por el leproso y su primo Jaime. Tras el ca\u00f3tico evento, Viridiana llega a su momento de anagn\u00f3risis, tiene la realizaci\u00f3n que todo su esfuerzo fue en vano. De ah\u00ed desemboca su muerte simb\u00f3lica, la inocencia de la novicia la mat\u00f3 el mundo real y tras la muerte, nace la Viridiana mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/escafandrauabc.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/11\/cabecera_292_1-600x400-1.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-778\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que, simb\u00f3licamente, la mujer nace, Viridiana se dirige con su primo Jorge, quien se convierte en su objeto de deseo. La c\u00e1mara muestra la llegada a su cuarto, al abrir la puerta Viridiana se sorprende al ver a Ramona. El plano se abre y nos muestran como el trio comienza a jugar a las cartas. La c\u00e1mara termina alej\u00e1ndose y se nos infiere un <em>m\u00e9nage \u00e0 trois<\/em>. El infortunio de la virtud, la caridad y la benevolencia termin\u00f3 por matar la inocencia de Viridiana. El mundo real no agradece y no premia las buenas acciones, Viridiana lo acepta. Bu\u00f1uel dijo que esta pel\u00edcula no era una critica a la caridad cristina, pero \u00bfpodemos creer en Bu\u00f1uel?
